Product Description and Availability.
Each item is sold subject to its Product Description, but bear in mind my products are not mass produced, so there may be slight variables in design and colour.
I always try to keep a range of ready to post items available at all times. There may be periods where due to availability of materials certain products aren’t immediately available.
All prices displayed on my website are in Pounds Sterling and exclude Packing and any Shipping charges.
Suppliers may often change their prices for materials, so this must be reflected in my prices. Though I ensure all prices on our website are current. I reserve the right to change them without prior notification.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery, unless clearly marked otherwise.
Delivery prices will be available at checkout.
Orders – Ready to Post Products
Orders are accepted by website only.
Payment is via card or paypal.
All items are posted out within 1-3 working days where possible.
Orders will only be dispatched when full payment is received.
Orders – Bespoke, Custom or Specialised Products
Orders can be made via website or via contacting me on socials or emails.
Full payment must be made before item is created. This can be via paypal or card.
All customers must make sure all spellings and personalised content is correct at the time of ordering.
I will not be held responsible if the error is on your part.
Items are created within 1-3 days and posted as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation – “Ready to Post” Products
Orders can be cancelled at any time and a full refund made.
If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched to the customer, a full refund will not take place until the item has been returned in compliance with our Returns Policy.
You are entitled to cancel an order, provided you do so no longer than 14 days from the day which you receive your item.
Order Cancellation – Bespoke, Custom or Bespoke Products
Once payment has been made, work will commence immediately on your order.
Due to the nature of Bespoke, Custom or Specialised items, cancellation in most cases will be unlikely, unless under an agreement with myself.
Delivery prices, if displayed are UK Mainland delivery charges.
I work very hard to meet deadlines, though we cannot be held responsible for delivery once your items are dispatched via Courier or Postal service.
Sadly at present I cannot post outside the UK.
Ready to post items are posted out within 1-3 working days.
Made to order items are posted out within 2-5 working days.
During holiday periods please allow extra time for postage.

Items must be returned in good condition and with original packaging within 14 days of the customer receiving their order.
(Any item that has been used/worn will not be refunded)
The refund will include the original delivery charge only.
I am currently unable to offer Free Returns.
If items are returned because they are faulty, I will refund the return delivery cost.
Items must be returned by an insured method of dispatch, with proof of posting. I cannot be held responsible for any products that are damaged or lost in transit.
I cannot refund for personalised, bespoke items.
Crafty Genes is UK based, and works in accordance of the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect data about customers when they contact us, place an order or join any mailing list.
Crafty Genes takes customers personal privacy very seriously and will not Sell, Distribute or Disclose any customers details unless approved by the customer concerned or required to do so by law.
When a customer places an order, they will be asked if they wish to be added to our mailing list which will keep them up to date with new products and promotions.
The customer is entitled to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time and all customer information will be deleted.
Crafty Genes will take reasonable care, or as so far in our power to do so, to keep customers information, the details of your order & payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access .
Customer Account information is stored securely and is not process or provided to any Third Party unless we are obliged to by Law.
If a Customer chooses to remove their account; all data regarding that account will be desroyed.
